Thankful, Grateful, Blessed

As Thanksgiving approaches, we often reflect on the the things we are thankful for. As a mom blogger and influencer, I wanted to make sure I publicly shared my blessings this year.

It has been a year full of blessings and last Thanksgiving there was more hoping than there was thanking. Last Thanksgiving I was 37 weeks pregnant with a blood pressure of 180/120 and the inability to eat any carbs. This year we have a happy and healthy little girl who I am beyond thankful for. She has taught me more about myself than anything I have every experienced.

My husband and I have both worked full-time this year, raised our little one and both earned an MSCIA and M.Ed in 6 months. It wasn’t easy, but I am thankful for the opportunity to grow in my career at a pace that was comfortable to me.

Our home has become my favorite place to be. As we continue to make improvements, change rooms around and re-paint, I enjoy it more and more each day. All of my Pinterest ideas are starting to come to light and I am thankful that I have a warm bed and home to rest each evening.

My influencer opportunity started this year and has been amazing. I never imagined I could share my insight with other females and mamas to earn an income and receive products that I love. I cannot wait to continue blogging and influencing others in the coming year. I learn more about products and social media every day and I am excited to see where my new knowledge will take my journey.

In the year of a pandemic, I am also grateful for our good health. My immediate and distant family has stayed healthy in such a time of uncertainty. With small children, autoimmune disease and both mother and MIL working in medical settings, odds have been against us. However, we have continued to stay cautious and therefore we remain safe so far.

I hope everyone’s family stays safe this holiday and enjoys the many things they have to be grateful for.
